How do I join Malmaison Rewards?
Joining is free. Select 'Join Malmaison Rewards' and create a Malmaison customer account. New members receive 200 welcome points.
How do I earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. You can also receive 150 points when celebrating your birthday.
Where can I see my points balance?
Sign in to your Malmaison account or open the Rewards panel using the Rewards button at the bottom of the website.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in and open the Rewards panel. Once you have enough points, select an available reward and follow the prompts to apply it at checkout.
For best results, use the standard checkout when redeeming a reward, as PayPal Express may bypass the reward step.
What rewards can I choose?
You can redeem:
500 points for a $10 reward
1,250 points for a $25 reward
2,000 points for a $50 reward
4,000 points for a $100 reward
Can I combine a reward with another discount code?
Malmaison Rewards cannot be combined with another discount code in the same order.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
Points earned from a returned, refunded or cancelled purchase will be adjusted to reflect the final order value.
Can I earn points on previous purchases?
Points are earned on eligible purchases made while enrolled in Malmaison Rewards and are not normally added retrospectively.
Are my Malmaison Rewards points transferable?
No. Points are linked to the member account and email address under which they were earned. They cannot be transferred, combined with another account or gifted to another person.
Can I use my points to purchase an eGift Card?
No. Malmaison Rewards points and reward vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of Malmaison eGift Cards.
How does the Malmaison referral offer work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend. They will receive $15 off their first order of $139 or more, and you will receive 500 points after they complete their qualifying purchase.
