Ingredients:
- 45ml tequila
- 30ml lime juice
- 15ml triple sec
- 15ml rosemary simple syrup
- A handful of fresh raspberries
- Ice
Garnish: Salted rim and a small rosemary sprig
Method:
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it in salt.
- Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
- Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, rosemary syrup, and ice. Shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
