COVID Update

The health, safety and welfare of our customers, team members and the greater community is of great importance to us.  In line with government regulations we are taking every step to ensure we are doing our part to control the spread of COVID-19.  This includes being extremely vigilant about cleaning, social distancing and sanitisation protocols in the warehouse.  We continue to keep updated with the latest advice and any new requirements from the Victorian government and will make changes accordingly.

We thank you for your continued custom during this time and genuinely appreciate the trust you are placing in us to deliver your parcels in a safe and efficient way.  As our warehouse is located in Victoria, we thank you for your patience in receiving your orders as we navigate the additional delays imposed on our freight partners during this challenging time.  Australia Post have implemented a number of changes with their service.  Please read their note below about how their service has been impacted and relevant changes with your deliveries.

We’re continuing to adapt our business during this challenging time.

We’re doing everything we can to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic and support communities across Australia. Most of our Post Offices are still open, and our posties and delivery drivers are working hard to get your parcels to you safely and quickly.

Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are still some delays as our business operates with additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. We’re also still experiencing reduced domestic and international flights, while processing unprecedented parcel volumes.
