French-Inspired Blood Orange Margarita 🍹🍊

Ingredients

• 45ml (1.5 oz) Tequila Blanco

• 30ml (1 oz) Sunstone Winery Fumé Blanc (or a dry white wine)

• 30ml (1 oz) Fresh blood orange juice

• 15ml (0.5 oz) Fresh lime juice

• 15ml (0.5 oz) Cointreau or Grand Marnier

• 10ml (0.3 oz) Agave syrup (adjust to taste)

• Chilli sea salt rim (mix flaky salt + mild chilli powder)

• Garnish: Blood orange slice, lime wheel, fresh coriander sprig

Method

1.  Rim thewine glass with lime juice and dip into the chilli sea salt.
2.  In a shaker, add tequila, wine, blood orange juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave syrup with ice. Shake well!
3.  Fill your wine glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
4.  Garnish with a blood orange slice, lime wheel, and a fresh coriander sprig for a French-inspired twist.
5.  Sip, savour, and enjoy thejoie de vivre of this beautiful margarita! 🥂✨
